Introduction

Meghan Innovations has been established to allow the Principal (Roy Clark) to utilise the breadth of skills and knowledge accumulated during his career to enhance business growth in Wales, working with a number of support organisations.

The areas of expertise offered are:

  • New Business Development (Strategy & Tactics)
  • The Sales Process (Assessment, Management and Monitoring)
  • Operations Management (Restructuring, Motivation and Team Building)

The core of any assignment is to identify, develop and drive, innovators that can accelerate the growth of the company, providing business development initiatives that directly increase sales and profitability. This is equally applicable to companies that are in an early stage of development, as well as established organisations that require a step change in revenue generation.

This is achieved by a mechanism of:

  • Assessment, to identify the key areas for innovation
  • Creation of selected innovators to produce the greatest improvement
  • Implementation and management of the growth process
  • Ongoing processes for monitoring and review

To keep the company on track with its growth plan, regular health checks and success analysis are carried out. The resulting analysis provides any corrective action that may be necessary during the delivery of the growth plan.

The AIM (Assess, Innovate, Manage & Monitor) of any assignment is to quickly identify the core innovators that need to be developed to provide maximum effect on the growth and profitability of the company. To guide and coach the company through the innovation process, providing a management monitoring structure to implement and progress the ongoing improvements. The key is to add value where it is needed most and build that into the overall corporate objectives.
