Experience and ProfileRoy has a wealth of experience working with SMEs, both at operational and board level. His skills encompass new business development, resulting in the implementation of revised corporate objectives, through a strategy of hands on operational management. The key aim for each assignment, being company growth, with increased profitability. Since selling his interest in a South Wales based IT company, where his final position was that of Business Development Director, Roy has been working in roles, specialising in business growth, focusing on driving sales, customer account management and team motivation. Roy rapidly gets to the heart of the issues and can coach and lead teams to improve focus and performance. Above all in growing his own company he is a, been there and done it individual and that makes the difference.

With a background of business development in a variety of companies, serving domestic and International markets, including Sony UK, Coopers & Lybrand Management Consultancy Services, GQ Parachutes, Triumph Business Systems and latterly running his own IT based SME. Roy is ideally placed to say that he has definitely had first hand experience with regards to growing a small to medium size company. An operations man at heart there is nothing that Roy would rather do on a business assignment, than roll his sleeves up and actively assist a company in both the development and the delivery of a strategy of business development, improving performance and providing team motivation. |
